For more than 15 years, Pamela Rich, founder and president of Metris Growth, LLC was a member of the senior management team at Wisconsin Business Development Finance Corporation (WBD), a non-profit organization providing economic development strategies and financial solutions to help small business grow.
From 1999 to 2015 Pamela held increasingly important positions from Project Analyst to VP of Operations to Executive Vice President. During her tenure, WBD doubled its revenue, initiated several new programs, and secured its position in the top 15 of CDC’s nationally with a portfolio of over $660 Million.
Pam received her MBA from UW-Madison School of Business with a dual major in Real Estate and Human Resource Management, and a BS in Psychology from Washington State University, (Pullman, WA). She is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
Pam is a member of the Madison Area Business Consultants (MABC), Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) and National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) where she assisted on the OCRM and Administrative Committees. She is also a member of Downtown Madison, Inc. (DMI). She was a founding member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association in Madison and the Women’s Professional Network at the UW-Madison and served as the student liaison to the UW Madison School of Business Women in Business Council.
